Common questions
What counts toward the 100 emails/day limit?
Every email delivered to any inbox in your org counts once. The limit resets at midnight UTC. If you hit it, new emails to your inboxes will bounce until the next day.
Can multiple people on my team use this?
Yes. The plan covers your whole org — there's no per-seat pricing. Invite teammates from the dashboard and they'll share the same API keys and inbox quota.
What's the 10KB email size limit?
Emails over 10KB are truncated in the API response — you'll see "truncated": true on the email object. Subject lines and most transactional email bodies are well under this; it mainly matters if you're testing emails with heavy inline CSS or base64-encoded attachments.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings any time. We don't offer refunds on the current billing period.
What happens to my inboxes if I cancel?
Your account stays active until the end of the billing period. Inboxes keep receiving email until then — after that they stop. There's nothing to export; inboxes are ephemeral by design.
I need more than 100 emails/day. Can you help?
The limit scales in multiples of 100 — adjust your plan quantity from your billing settings. For other limits (inbox TTL, email size), email support@assertmail.com and we'll work something out.
